I bought 3 of these, one for me and the rest for gifts. These only work for incoming calls. Does not work when making outbound calls. You can hear, but they cannot hear you. You can only "talk" into these when someone calls you. I don't know why this is but it is. I have a samsung galaxy phone and I tried this on my friend's iPhone 4. The other caller just can't hear you if you call them using the Pyle handset. The box says it works for VOIP and skype, but I didn't try it. The box also said that it has the usb adaptor and splitter cable, but it did not contain them in all 3 boxes. It's a shame that I have to return them.

I was so excited when this arrived. However, like other reviewers, this product did not work with my phone or any other mobile phone in my household. Waste of money. Luckily, I was able to return it for a full refund. Save your money!

15 bucks isn't much to spend for a product that works this well.I haven't experienced signal loss or static noise on line.The earpiece produces sound at a higher volume than ever achieved by cell phone alone.NO dropped calls....recommended.
