The Blackberry headphones are good quality and the mono earpiece is convenient when you want to listen to a ball game and have one ear available to hear what your wife is telling you.

During the first delivery attempt the product got lost in the mail. The seller was very prompt in getting the second shipment out right away and resolving the problem. I now have my product and it is exactly as advertised. I would buy from this seller again.

When they work, they work. They don't always. The last order contained two headsets - one cracked and fell apart in the first week, and one created a big echo for people on the other end of the call. Wasn't worth the time to chase a refund. Caveat emptor.
