I give this product one star because it worked for one day. The mic went out first. Then a shortage in the earplugs and then the wire mesh came off the earplug. I take good care of my belongings, but this disaster happened with regular use. What a waste of $8 (4 for product and 4 for shipping). It's such a small dollar amount that I am slow in returning it. Nonetheless I will return it. It annoys me that my time & money has been wasted on cheap crap.

Really don't know if these are the official Apple Headsets because of the sound quality. It plays clear but it has very little bass, I even tried the EQ: Bass Booster and it still plays with less bass than the Official Apple Headsets. Overall, The headsets are in good conditions and all the controls work (Microphone, volume up & Down, etc.)
