While I was looking for a handset for my cellphone, I purchased this item because it has a 5-star rating and was reasonably priced. When I got the product, the reviews were right in saying that it cancelled the ambient noise. I could hear the other person perfectly well, BUT the person (people, actually, after I tried it with several calls) on the other line could not hear me. My voice would be cutting out.I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement but they could only offer a refund. That's fine too but I genuinely wanted the a product like this and the hassle of having to go to the UPS store to drop it off is a hassle. They couldn't even offer me an explanation or a solution on how to make it work.Disappointed.

No complaints, the headset is what i expected. I like the easy answer pushbutton control.Noise reduction is better than i expected it to be with the cost being so cheap.I'm curious with how much radiation it absorbs, with no way to test it not sure about that part but it's a good deal anyway.

Je suis content avec cet achat. Le service a été très bon, le prix est correcte et la livraison est rapide. Le son est bon et mes interlocuteurs m'entendent bien. Il est pratique, et ne chauffe pas, et en plus il est sensé diminuer le rayonnement, pas que je suis dans ces délires, mais pourquoi pas, c'est sûr que c'est un plus.
