These are NOT the original. The sound is much worse, volume smaller and feel cheap too! Always go to apple store to buy the real authentic ones. There are good reasons why they are so cheap!

Below Decent, the earphones, do not work as i hoped. If you plug it in your ipod, it does not fit and the buttons to control volume and music does not work. This is probably the the worst product I had bought on amazon.com, I am a little disappointed since Amazon.com is such a great place to buy items.

I bought these specifically to use with sype internationally. I also bought 2 cheap (under $10 ea) earphones for ipod use. I used the earphones with the mic here 3 times before the mic no longer worked. It was very disappointing. I don't know if it was a manufacture issue or they were damaged prior to my recieving them. I only know they were handled carefully by me with no damage in my hands and the under $10 ones still work (no mic on those, though). I have a lot of Apple products with no problems, not sure what happened here.
