First I want to say that I'm no expert & can't compare and contrast this headset to other models - I just wanted an inexpensive but effective hands-free headset to use with my cordless phone's 2.5mm jack. This headset met & exceeded my expectations.It was slightly larger than I expected (hard to tell from the image, although there's a better image which shows it being worn by a model on the Naztech site.) I'm very happy with it's apparent quality & features, and it works well with the limited testing I performed (recording/playing-back messages on my voicemail account.) The headset is very comfortable with adjustable fit & can be worn over either ear. There's an audio volume control/mute-button & collar-clip on the coiled cord. Audio was crisp & the noise-cancelling microphone worked fine. The only issue I ran into while testing was with the mute button: my voice was properly muted while I held it down, but it didn't return when I released it (although this could likely be a quirk with my voicemail system since if I re-recorded the test message everything was back to normal.)An unexpected but very nice bonus is the included 5' Multimedia (PC or Mac) Converter cable: The 2.5mm headset plug can connect to this adapter cable to provide a splitter with earphone & microphone plugs for connecting to the respective 3.5mm jacks on a computer. Perfect for computer phone apps like Google Voice, etc.Packaging was a plastic container, but it could be easily popped open/re-sealed unlike the typical horrible plastic shells that you have to fight your way through risking injury or merchandise damage.

This headset by Naztech was pretty much what I was looking for. I can hear clearly and the person I am talking with on my cell phone can hear me. So I can avoid putting the cell phone directly up to my head and thereby avoid the danger of having the cell phone signals so close to my brain and ear. There are two drawbacks. First the sound only comes into one ear and the other part is a little tight on my head but that is better than brain cancer. Second is that it will not work with my old Nokia phone I have had since 2005, so I use my daughter in law's newer phone since she no longer uses it, and it works with that newer phone. I plan to buy another one for my daughter.

We had bulky and outdated headsets at work which I hated. I got these because they were on the expensive side. I loved them! I can barely tell it is on my head. The sound was great, no more crackling during my calls with clients. We are going to be buying these for the whole office and everyone is thanking me!
