I too purchased this headset to lower exposure to cell phone radiation. It worked great for two months, then completely quit functioning. Sent several emails and left voice mails to the tech support/warranty department, no response whatsoever, very dissapointing. This item is supposed to be under manufacturers warranty for 12 months. I tried calling again today (3rd time) and the message states they are not available and will not return calls. Absolutely no response to my 4 emails either. I find this quite strange and would caution anyone from purchasing this less than reliable headset from a company that does not stand behind their published warranty program.

I love the way these headphones look and sound, but they BREAK. I've had 2 pairs-- the first broke in about 2 weeks, the second broke in about 3 weeks. No customer service on the manufacturer's website. And the seller, Ace Photo Digital, replaced the first pair but would not replace the second pair, nor would they reply to my emails. I'd avoid them as well.Very disappointing. Amazon should remove this product. DO NOT BUY.

I've only had this item for a couple of months, but it seems to be holding up and the sound quality is very good.
