This product is not made by Native Union, the makers of the retro POP handset. In fact, they do not make a white retro handset. It is a fake. Visit <...> and see for yourself. Camsdigital is breaching copyright by using the POP name... or so says Native Union. I had a problem with my white handset from Camsdigital: the volume on the receiving end of a call was very low. I had to practically scream into the handset to be heard. I found that my phone was a fake when I tried to get warranty service from Native Union. The box that my phone came in had the Native Union written all over it. It really looks like the real thing. I got taken... don't let it happen to you!

Received my phone and it looked great while still in the box. The problem is that the phone in the picture is all white. The phone I received has the company name going down the headset in big black letters. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!!!!! This should be explained in the description and its not. To me this is false advertisement and I will be returning the product
