I was so excited for my handset to arrive, but it didn't even ship until after the last day of the estimated arrival time! It took about 3 weeks to get here! I was disappointed about how long it took to get here, but the product was pretty cool when it did. I hadn't expected the sound quality to be amazing, and it really isn't, but I get compliments on my phone and its quite fun to use. I did like the fact that it has a hang up and receive call button on it, that was a nice feature. So i suppose what I'm saying is don't expect this to be the best quality product, but its still really fun.
