I agree with the other review. I can hear the person on the other end of the line perfectly, but no one can understand me at all. This was a total waste of money. I had a moshi moshi Native phone before but broke it (my fault, jack got stuck in my e-brake) and that phone worked very well. I was just trying to save a few dollars buying this one instead. This is my first time writing a review about any product, and I want to save others from making the same mistake I did!

Just to be fair, I have to say that this handset does not work with MY smart phone, a Galaxy S3. I bought this for my GF for her birthday and tested it before I gave it to her. It DOES work on her non-smart phone. She likes it and that's good enough for me. The company I got it from did re-send me a new one without having to send the original back which I appreciate. But that one does not work w/ my GS3 either.It actually has a "QC" sticker on the phone (meaning that it has been tested for "Quality Control"). Now for the box that it came in. On the front AND the back of the box it says "HANDSET COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES*".... but there is no reference to what the asterisk means. It also says on the back "-Works with all mobile devices, adaptors available as accessories". This product is MADE IN CHINA. Electronics MADE IN CHINA = NOT GOOD (usually). Clearly this is a non-quality product, there are English spelling errors on the box such as "Bluletooth" and "Rediation-proof". The coiled cord is only 17" unstretched and it is very tight to unstretch. There are no directions in the box or on the box.

She just got it yesterday but she uses it constantly. She says it works perfect and sounds just like she is on the phone.
