I have been using these for 3 months now, and have had no complaints from the other end of the call about garbled voice, static, wind noise, etc. I can hear calls very clearly. There is a convenient Answer button on the cord and one ear piece wire is longer than the other one, which is nice for when you want to use one ear piece (e.g., driving).

I have been shopping with Amazon since i was able to open my own accounts at 19yo, and i am very seldom disappointed with my purchases. But this last order of the "HOT PINk HEADSET" from I don't know who, was the worse one EVER! When I shop, I have to admit, I try to buy items that are moderately priced because I feel that they're better qualities. well I bout this headset (I don't even know the brand) cheap last time. When I received it, it was cute and sleek: but about 2-3weeks later on 10/14, I noticed that the cord was breaking at the base thus exposing the wires. That's when I noticed that the cord was very thin making it weak, and I got little bursts of shocks and static. When I walk fast I can hear the wind whistling thru the ear buds. And Just today as I was pulling it out of my backpack, the left bud came apart and fell on the ground and I couldn't put it back together. Now I can't use it at all because the right bud is too far so i can't be heard during a conversation. I am forced to buy another headset, but this time, i am sticking to the moderately priced ones. SMH :)

Great product!!!! Fast shipping. Love the color!!!!! At first the left ear plug did not work, I contacted the seller and they advised me to send it backto replace it...didnt offer any comepsation for sending it back so I kept it...tried it again a month later and IT WORKED!!!!! No problems since then!
