This handset worked great, I just plugged it in my phone & was able to hear perfectly and the person on the other end of the phone was able to hear me perfectly as well. I talk on the phone a lot so I use this handset all the time in the house, it never gets hot on my ear and I never have to recharge it. I love it,

Received to work with Iphone, as I had one previously that just stopped working after about a year. This one doesn't work at all from the first try. First one was Mooshie, and it did work. Sending this one back asap.
