I ordered this about two weeks or so when it came in it was defective. Was pleased company did not hesitate or have any problems offering me a new one,i thought wow excellent customer service. I received the replacement today and what do you know, the same thing again DEFECTIVE. ONE SIDE A MILE LONGER THAN THE OTHER SIDE WHICH IS WAY TO SHORT TO ATTEMPT TO PUT IN EAR. YOU WOULD THINK AFTER SENDING ONE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT YOU WOULD DO QUALITY CONTROL AND MAKE SURE THE REPLACEMENT ITS NOT DEFECTIVE.

I first ordered this item and it came defective, however, the company sent out a new replacement without any hesitation and i recv'd it in the mail within 7-10 days. I was very surprised that there was no questions asked. They just replaced the item and wanted to be sure that i was a happy customer. I just wanted to say that i am. THank you for caring about your customers. I will definatlly be using you again. :-)
