I was told the product being one side at a length of 4 inches and the other side being over a foot is not a product defect and I would have to pay shipping to return under the 30 day guaranty. This 4 inch side makes under the chin uncomfortable to have it on. I would not recommend buying these headphones due to the way they are made.

Audio is not good at all, absolutely not the product I was expecting. Then went on line to Best Buy and got a better product for less money with free shipping. Unless you have used this product before and you like it, wouldn't not try it.
