They are definitely not from Apple and when I got them they already had a short in the right ear piece. Sound is pretty good when both are working. I'm in the fence about them.

I obviously knew that i wouldn't be getting apple headphones for $10 but what I got were cheap used headphones that broke literally the day I got them in the mail. The packaging was horrible as well. I brought them to the gym and the right one shorted and then the left one did right after. The mic didn't work and the sound quality was horrible. Save the money and go to apple or walmart.
