This little gem saves my brain bucket from hours and hours of cellular transmissions. I work from home and wear it around all day and use w my iPhone. Press the button to start/stop music or (if on phone) answer/hang-up. Hold the button for voice control. Best purchase for my home office setup ever. Plenty durable for daily use. Mic boom length is perfect and is infinitely adjustable to any position. Listening to calls is clear. I only wish I could mute the phone quickly using the button on the cord.

The small adaptor wire, 2.5mm male to 3.5mm female that enables the headset to be used with cell phones is the weak link of this item. I have had several of these and that little adaptor always goes first. Sadly, the last one I got was not only flimsily made, but defective right out of the box.Rocketfish is owned by Best Buy and they insist that any warranty replacement be done in person at a BEST BUY store. (it was a gift and I did not open the box within 30 days)Customer service is a joke and you will endure a good run around as the RocketFish and Best Buy customer service bounce you back and forth with no results.
