Used this product all of about 20 minutes when the earpiece fell apart. The "speaker" part of one earpiece separated from the housing and rendered the rest useless.While we had it it worked great, but will look for something else now that this one broke.

I have had headphone like this before that were made by Sony and cost a lot more but I could not use them as conversation headphone for my phone....my only complaint is that the button / Mic has a bad rattle when your walking or make any movement that causes the headphones to shift from side to side that makes it hard for the person your talking to to hear you. You can hear it very well by just shaking it....that is my only complaint but it is a bit of a disappointment that there isn't better insulation in the button
